HomeBid launches with new homes sold by housebuilders in late 2026. Selling a home you already own on HomeBid is a later step, and we would rather say so than promise it.
What we can say today
Now
Housebuilders list plots on HomeBid and accept only verified buyers. If you are buying a new home from one of them, you will be invited to verify when you reserve.
Next
Every buyer verified on HomeBid keeps that verification for their next purchase. As that pool grows, it becomes the basis for bringing resale sellers verified buyers too.
Later
Resale sell-side is on the roadmap, not in the launch. Register your interest and we will let you know when it is real, not before.
